All personal data protection correspondance to Find People4u Ltd will be via recorded letter only using PDF form detailed below ONLY. If you wish to establish whether your personal details are contained within our database, you may process a subject access request ( SAR) under the Data Protection Act 1998 by writing by recorded post only to the following address enclosing a cheque for £ 10 made payable to Find people4u Ltd . Please provide your full name and address and full date and place of birth . We have a legal responsiblity to be satisfied to a persons identity ( data subject ) before considering any data protection issues :

We will consider ALL requests for removal of a persons personal data ( data subject) from our data base for an administration charge of £ 10 for any person using our Free search service , please do not confuse this administration charge with a subject access request.Please explain fully WHY you want the information removed, this information is required to be detailed so that full consideration can be given to each request.We have a responsiblity to confirm a data subject and to be satisfied we are dealing with a verified data subject. We have a legal responsiblity to be satisfied to a persons identity ( data subject ) and will not enter into any communication unless the request is received using our PDF forms above and completed fully in accordance with our privacy policy.

An administration fee of £10.00 per person (plus any additional Free search charge) and should be enclosed with any request made payable to Find People 4U Ltd for EACH person seeking a removal of any personal information from our data bases.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect information about you for two reasons: to process your order and to provide you with the best possible people findingregister and people finding service . All personal information collected will be made available for use by outside commercial organisations or for counter fraud purposes.

All persons who register upon our site are recorded upon our people finding register ( Intelligent tracing register). All collected personal information is collated and used within our people finding service. All persons who use our service by becomming a member whether that is upon our paid or Free serviceaccept that position without reservation. If you do not accept that position please leave this website with no further delay.
